better to follow one stock??

hi guys, is it better to follow 1-3 stocks everyday which have 1mill+ vol. or is ti better to look for new stocks everyday. I am beggining to think that if i follow just 1-3 stocks everyday and play with them, I am more likely to be better at knowing what they do and how they react.

any thoughts?
 
yes, best to become "consumed" with one stock...know it like "the back of you hand"...this works great with emini SP500 futures and emini dow futures...go for it!!!

You can be one sighted, or open you mind to endless possibility. I always trade the same stocks, but NEVER just one, and I always see whats in the news and on the move.
 
following a small group of stocks that you understand & learn how they trade can be a benefit to most traders in making $ its easier than chasing every stock that moves, as they say, you can only kiss one girl at a time ..
