A billionaire buys/builds a $3M mansion on some island in the Caribbean. He lives there for a fews weeks a year.
You: Travel to the Caribbean for a few weeks. Stay at a motel. Cost: $3-5K.
Honestly, with $80K/yr and house/cars paid off, there is NOTHING a billionaire can do that you can't.

The difference? Priceless!

You: Got a loving wife who gives you great sex.
