If newbie will be able to pay for chat services in one week and stay in green until the rest of the month I'd say its worth a try for a newbie.
Chat service is very good for people who cannot pull the trigger. It is a herd mentality "If I am loosing I am not the only one so it is not that bad".

There could be some value to their service, especially for new traders, as Balda says. New traders are also the most likely to pony up the two hundred without a trial, as they are eager to find something to make them profitable. I know, because I've done my share of "ponying up."
The problem comes with someone who is seasoned in this business. Now that's not to say they're consistently profitable, just that they've been around the block a time or two. My experience is that any company who has a valuable product to offer is willing to let a prospect try before they buy. That goes for any type of business, not just an advisory service vendor. Talk is cheap, and it's very easy these days to make something seem more than it really is.
I believe that anyone offering something they truly believe in is not afraid to let others make an informed decision before they pay for the product. I don't think Mecro should pay for a trial as he has offered to do, BDT should be asking guys like him to evaluate their product. Just think what would happen if a few ETs tried their service and liked it, and posted to that effect. Their servers would be overwhelmed with the volume of hits they would receive, as so many use this site for guidance and direction. The reluctance on the part of BDT to offer this option says volumes about their approach to marketing their service. No, $200 is not alot of money to try something out, but not on blind faith. I'd rather invest that on a nice dinner with my lovely wife. That's a trade that I know will have a favorable result.
