I am looking for the best web-based trading platform and broker for stocks and options.

Best broker as measured by ratings and commissions.

TOS claims their webtrader has functionality similar to their main platform. Can anyone confirm this?

Can anyone confirm stock and option commissions they've negotiated with TOS? Their listed options commissions are $9.99 PLUS $0.75 per contract.

Check out www.venomtrading.com They recently sent out a Twitter post offering $4.00 equity trades. I don't know what they'd come down to on options, but they post $5.00 + $0.75 contract as their standard rate.
