Best way to trade Ruble?

if you trade futures from say CME, volume is around zero.

if you trade CFDs, good luck with the horrific bid-offer spread.
 
It is on IB, select usd and then rub from the list. it is reversing after interest rates were raised to 20%.
 
Why trade the ruble? You have oil and commodities like gold, wheat, among others which should go up in price? These sanctions are designed to create a high inflationary environment in Russia. Russia if it retaliates by raising the price of oil and natural gas, will create much higher inflation in the US and Europe. That is what you should focus on.
