Best way to collect detailed data on a stock?

What im looking for is basicaly a summarised version of time and sales. Time and sales has too much info to analyse !

Im basicaly looking for information from the past 20 days or so,

The information I need has to be in a easy to study format.

For example

10/1 2010
9:31 : 1 minute high 1 minute low, opening price for that minute, closing price for that minute, 1 minute volume

9:32 : 1 minute high 1 minute low, opening price for that minuge,closing price for that minute, 1 minute volume



And it goes on .

Its basicaly looking at a 1 minute candlestick chart, but I want to put this information into excel format.

Can anyone help out here?

There's this but this is historical data, you may want to ask up to what date is the data available. The most recent is nov 5th 2010.
