Best trendline drawing software ?

I am searching in the jungle for the analysis software.

Which programs are the best for trendline drawing ?

Do all programs have floating (?) charts ? (In my old dos-program there is manual input of time.) Are there any program with other options ?

After many years of study ;
like those [& there are many]close or containing fibonacci #'s,
like 20 dma, 50 day moving averages:cool: :cool:
 
for my trendlines...I hold my pencil up to the chart on the screen, and close one eye. If I want to get REALLY exact, I stick my tounge out just slightly and squint.

i think trendlines are vital...but do you really need special software for them? evey tool i use i can find online.
 
Which programs are most easy to use for drawing lines (not only auto) ? I care more about the lines than all indicators.
And the most clear and clean charts/diagrams ?
And what about the different time possibillities for the charts: Are they all the same floating or do any program have possibility to draw charts for a specified time period ?
