Could you share where to find/download free trading journal spreadsheets/software and associated tools? If there are specialized spreadsheets for say forex, stocks, futures, and options, it would also be helpful.

The quality of a journal also depends on its content and structure. Could you also comment on the best trading journals you have come across?
