Best trading idea/newsletter services

Hi,

I am in the process of increasing the number of trading ideas for each day or week. I believe that my own research can generate the best trading ideas. However, my time and effort are often limited on a daily basis. So besides my own analysis work, I am looking for free or paid trading idea/newsletter services.

Please post what is your favorite free/paid advisory services(for both short term trading and swing trading) that you have used for at least 6 months on a regular basis.

Let me start by myself first. I usually watch Cramer on CNBC on Fridays to take some trading ideas for the next week. Sometimes I go with him, sometimes I fade him depending on my own analysis.
