Best Trader of All-Time

Best Trader... hrmmm...

First of all, you'll never hear about them in public. Secondly, as another person mentioned... it's a different market condition as it was 10 (2-3) years ago.

That said, from all the stories about different people I've heard, and who is current trading live...

My choice is a lady that trades for Rothschild.

I can assure you that Ed Seykota has not blown up his, or his clients accounts, at any stage.

- Hopefully, we're talking about the one who traded with Com. Corp...

- The "not-so-legendary-in-real-life" trader featured in Market Wizard....

- Has zero discipline who continues to break his own trend-following system rules...

- Major temper and emotional up/downs depending on the day... screams alot at his desk...

... Seykota

My source is from a former partner of his in Chicago...

Yes, the same Ed Seykota. My source is witnessing audited client statements. Would your source be anything to do with Galt Capital ? Ed had a fairly bitter separation with some senior Galt people.

Well...

1. 1/4... yes. But it's something I read in Curtis' site a while back about Ed. Plenty of 4th and 5th hand information sources from Galt Capital and Mike Covel's group of things with Turtles...

2. 3/4... no. Old School Com. Corp. people who used to trade with the firm and some of the locals... has a bunch of stories about how he played Schwager well...

From nothing, to billions.
