Best Trade Execution Platform

Currently I am looking for a platform from which I am able just to execute trades automatically.

I don' t need things like charting interface and so on.

The platform must be robust, it must be possible to program trading strategies (in C++) and the platform should offer a range of different brokers.

Can anyone recommend a platform?
