Best Tick Data for back testing?

Hi All,
I am looking for a company that offers the most reliable Historical Tick Data for the S&P E-Mini markets that has all ticks, not just down to the 1-minute bars. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Reliability in the data much more important the cost of the data. I am looking for ES Data back to the start of the ES market.
