Best stock price alert site or app?

I subscribe to a newsletter and it gives frequent calls to long and short stocks with entries. stops and targets in zones. What's the best site or app to organize these calls so I'll get alerts when the zones hit and won't miss trades? Thanks.

You can try trade-ideas(.)com, which is quite comprehensive what you get there. And you can also backtest here (but a bit limited on the time span).
