best squauk box guy for S&P quotes

to be honest, I'm not sure if it's worth it anymore since so much trading is done off the floor...

back in the day I used to listen to Ben Lichtenstein who I found to be really good, i don't have his site info anymore but if you googled him i think he still provides this service

if you look at the percent of trading done on the floor, it's very small and I would caution anyone trading just based off this information
 
With the ratio at 5-1 minis vs the bigs, you can catch a good trade when the Morgans and Goldmans hit some size. Bache and Barney have been bigger players lately. Ben has a good program, so does TopstepTrader.
