Best Sites to Set Up Filters

I am sure this has been covered a few times before but in your experience, what is the best site either paid or unpaid to set up real time filters. For example, if I am looking for stocks (Real Time) on an hourly chart that just had a bullish MACD crossover and where shares traded x price is more than 10 million, are there free sites that provide that information (keeping in mind that a stock which had its crossover an hour ago would no longer be included)

I would also be looking for platform that would allow me to change the timeframe for my inputs, possibly to 15 minutes or possibly on a daily basis


Any suggestions are greatly appreciated
 
I have never used them, but Stockcharts.com calls them "Scans"
And I don't know what is free, what isn't.

But the parts of Stockcharts that I do use, I like.
They have some data (indices) that go back 100 years.
(depending on subscription level)
