Best Santelli Rant in a while..

Quote from Ricter:

Keep in mind that this is adjusted for inflation:
You're concerned about our loss of purchasing power, or our distribution of income?
You are really, really stupid, Rectum. Unless that were a log chart (which it is NOT) it is totally meaningless and deceptive. Not to mention 10 years old.

Riiiight

Oh and the real inflation rate here in the US is over 8%.
Rectum is as confused as gopher on a runway with a 747 bearing down on him. :D

20+ years of food prices:

11 years of gasoline prices:

A decade of US PPP:

So what is your point? In the 20 year food price link you gave, from 1990 to 2004 food prices were relatively stable, and then shot up and nearly doubled in the last 9 years!

Gas prices, almost triple in the time frame you quoted! Not to mention the volatility.

So what is it you are trying to get to?

Quote from Ricter:

You can and you no doubt will, because of your imagination alone.

Yes, I know - imagination and looking at things in a new and innovative light - that's the enemy against the establishment. I mean, it's not like that quality actually put this country on the map or anything.

Quote from Ricter:

I'm not watching, pisspoor, but Tsing is. Keep on it!
That's OK, moron, I mean, Rectum. Everybody else is keeping up on my corrections for you.

So, don't be concerned because I HAVE GOT YOUR BACK, buddy! :D
