best platform for $500 margin Emini ES

Which firm(s) offer $500 margin, low fees and a platform other than j_trader?

I am looking for a system that will allow me to enter and change my stop orders. Possibly with the use of user-defined (hot)function keys.

For example - Assign to F5 - buy stop 5 contracts @ offer +5 pts.

Only one I know of is Global Futures (GFETC). However, they use J-Trader.
