Hey Nana
_Warm climate? geez man ,let's say f@ckin hot and sticky even in December
Believe me, Thailand isn't very hot unless you came from
very cold places like Canada, UK,...Many places in middleeast
and southasia where temperature can reach 51 Celsius, while
thailand in march-june at around 12PM-2PM reach not
more than 39 Celsius.
I can sleep outdoor with a blanket on me
-Boggling dishes?...Yup sure if you can taste something with a toungue burning like hell!(Give me 10 spring rolls, some saparrot and Teng moh and I'm a the fecking happiest guy, for the rest of the day)
well, you can tell them "mai aow pet na krap", but i like spicy
food, believe it or not, i haven't met any TG who could eat as
spicy food as me.
I couldn't eat any spicy food from first day, but give it a try
(with cold beer and plenty ice in it), you will never again like anything without less spice and flavors.
Totally agree with all the rest.
I moved from Spain and travelled all around Thailand 9 months last year, from Pattani to Chiang Rai (missed the tsunami for 1 week when I was in koh Lanta...wheew), then I found my favorite place (well so far...I like to change, ya know!), and I'm not telling the name here 'cause there are already too many falangs for my taste...I just say: if you come here in Thailand..go south, ...remember south !,no north..north is really bad..go and stay south
And by the way the best thing of Thailand among many things is the PEOPLE.
The most funny and friendly people i've ever seen in my life!
They are the best asset of Thailand na khup!
wadee!!
Foreigners are speared all over thailand, everyone have different
reasons, Older folks like chiang-mai because of colder climate,
slower life and cheaper cost of living.
I personally like phuket and Bangkok, Never been to samui
but guess that place is too small for long-term living
Pattaya is full of idiots and whores, but it's 1.15 hour far from bangkok by motorcycle, and it offers both business and leisure opportunity
