Best Place to trade in the world - Quality of Life

Ken,

I'm glad you eddited your last post (yes, I read the previous).

I assume you're a self-made "rich" man. (If not you should really start thinking) In this case you should be thankfull for the gifts (IQ / Luck etc.) you received in life. I think there's nothing wrong if you say you prefer living in a wealthy enviroment, but I think you should have the same respect for wealthy and not so wealthy people in this world.

The fact that you had the opportunities to get more out of your live and took them, doesn't mean that everyone gets (or takes) them.

Now, how said that having more money = getting more out of life. I know some poor people who live fuller and happier lives than my wealthiest friends. Actually, most less wealthy people I know live better lives than most wealthy people I know.

I didn't say he got more out of his life by having more money, I just think he has this feeling and wanted him to realise there's more in life.
At least someone got the clue :p :p

Lol. I know what you mean Kenny. My big dream in life is to have a glamorous, classy chatroom vendor as a neighbor! :D

One of my big aspirations in life is to use the privileged position I was born into to help alleviate the abject poverty that infests my country (Argentina); but all the same, I don't think I would buy a place in the poorest section of town. I think that's what Ken was trying to say (but he sure botched it!).

Start a website to teach micro-entrepreneurship and the culture of business as a force against the neo-marxism and populism which drags down so many societies in that region.

Ken,
I guess you don't go to the poor areas of Hawaii. Well, you do not need to go to the poor areas of Jamaica. You do not need to go to the poor areas of New York city (and there are several of them). You do not need to go to the poor areas of Japan or to the slums of any asian capital. Jamaica has the finest international hotels in the world and some of the best golf courses, and beaches unsurpassed in beauty and cleanliness. The rich and famous of the world goes to Jamaica (from rock stars to princes and princesses and money men of every ilk) to vacation in the tropical beauty of Jamaica's north coast.
Jamaica's poor? Well, they do not get in your way. Why talk about them like that? Most of them are nice people. The guy that sells you a coconut to drink from, he is not a wealthy stock trader but he makes his money. The roadside vendor that sells you a souviner carving - she is not a rich woman (and there are rich women in Jamaica). But she makes her money. Ask her how she is doing and she'll likely say, "I'm fine" with a big smile.
Jamaica's north coast has a long history of catering to the wealthy of the world, and in later times to the average tourist with $800 to spend on a package tour.
Long live Jamaica and all the people of Jamaica.

The best Beach in the World is VARADERO Beach in CUBA.....Cuba is the Jewel of the Carribean.....

And they even have five star Spanish, German and Italian hotels just for our boy Ken_DTU.....

Hey ok here's some history, I agree that often, the best people in the world, are people who have the least material things (when I was a statistician/quality engineer for Ford, in Detroit, I spent a lot of time with people who had few dollars but Tons of heart, caring people who wanted the best for their families etc and struggled, as well with a lot of snooty bad people... so I've seen both sides of it...)..

often, people who don't have a lot of "toys" to play with, eg rich houses and cars, spend better time with their families and children, and are better people, more geniune warmth etc..

so anyways, it's just a matter of, having spent time with a lot of folks from all walks of life... now I have worked so hard myself, I like enjoying the fruits of the labor, by living in the fancy neighborhoods, spending hard-earned money well...it's motivating to spend time in ritzy neighborhoods, eg it gives you a goal to work towards...

hopefully we can all provide decent role models for others to follow, by our actions ..

agree with your points...

Fantastic idea! They can't even afford a telephone call, let alone a computer, but this website thing will soon sort all that out! :)

Btw bro, it wasn't "neo-marxism" that done any of this dude. Then again, you probably eat and dream stars and stripes so I doubt you'll change your mind.

dude,

you are lost and have no conception of reality. ken is right except for the fact that what you own has NOTHING to do with how warm you are or how much time you spend with your family. being a wage slave sucks.

best,

surfer:)
