Best Place to trade in the world - Quality of Life

Hemm! Like to share my view too. Petty crime is bad, house break in, car break in are very common. But it is pretty safe to hang around at nite.

Other than that, it is an awesome city to live in. Nice weather, nice food, nice scenery.

vancouver has low crime, very diverse population, excellent food, no hard winters, lots of beaches AND skiing, lots of local produce, you won't get busted for lighting up an afternoon relaxant, if you live in the city, you can dump the car, fabulous physical beauty, thriving cultural scene by any standard but new york's, broadband everywhere, first-rate parks, skater/rollerblader friendly...just a damn beautiful, relaxing place to live.

and $60/month for healthcare is nothing to sneeze at, either. :)

paris is just...paris. people make fun of the French for declaring it an open city in WW2, but i have to say, it was the right thing to do. it is one of humanities great treasures and certainly makes my top-3 list.

I never live in those countries, but hooker trade are big business in China. Hooker from Russia, Eastern European, North Korea are showing up in some of the major chinese city.

Malaysia is just a muslim country, but it is run differently. It is run like a modern city just like Thailand. Government usually keep one eye closed.

Batam, never been there, planning to. Suppose to have all the entertainment you ever wanted. That is why Batam attracts a lot of male tourists from Singapore. Gambling, Hooking, Tiger Show(strip show), just about anything you wanted.

Nana,

Have you seen thai chinese chic. Suppose to be very pretty, and light skin.

-Batam, indoneisa

-Malaysia

-Chinese
The chiks are butt ugly

Thais chicks in brown rules man..

My criteria for standard living in a country is Based on:

-No of hookers
-No of bars and cheap drinks
-cheap accommodation
-delicious foods
-Respect for foreigner

Any better place than Thailand you can recommend?

The Netherlands..have spent a total of 2 months in Amsterdam.

No of hookers = Duh it`s Amsterdam
No of bars = A nation of admitted alcoholics
Cheap accommodation = you can bounce from hostel to hostel with your laptop
Delicious food = IT`S ALL DELICIOUS AFTER HITTING THE COFFEE SHOP!
Respect for foreigners = I have been to Spain,England, Scotland,UAE and Africa and haven't met any people more open minded and intelligent than the Dutch.

I plan on buying a flat there eventually.

yes, PST absolutely sucks for trading anything and everything, it's the downside for sure.

Isn't Vancouver and the west coast a bit behind for trading euro markets ? Time wise I mean.

Sorry LOBSTER.....didn't catch where you were from....but judging by the attitude, are you an Aussie?

No, but close enough for most Americans to get it mixed up. I'm from the other side of the world, the European country named Austria.

Yuk too much snow in Alberta. Montreal is fantastic as a city but must speak a bit of French. They are nastier than in France if you don't . Still damn cold .

This is true, it's the coldest place on my list. :)

I speak only a little french, and people were extremely friendly with no attitude about my language skills whatsoever. For working a job, however, the expectation is that one would be bilingual...but not exclusively francophone. Quebec City is another story entirely.
