Hi everyone. Taking into account all the factors (training, costs, commisions) what would be the best prop firm for a new trader with little experience? TIA

Before I answer your question I have to ask you a couple of more questions to better understand your situation.
First I must define what I believe a true prop firm is.
PROP FIRM--- A firm that provides 100% of the capital and 100% of the loss/risk and shares a percentage of the profits with the trader. Sometimes the firm will provide a small salary to the new trader.
Is this your definition of a PROP FIRM?
Most professional PROP FIRMS are becoming very selective when hiring new traders. For example JUMP TRADING states on their website that they want all applicants to be fluent in C++.
What qualifications would you bring to a firm? What experience do you have?
