Best place to park IRA funds

I have some IRA funds that I am not quite sure where they are going to end up, but need to park them for the time being. Any suggestions where fees aren't going to be excessive for cash sitting in an IRA? Maybe even something that pays some interest would be great too.
Thanks!

One other option would be to consider Rydex or ProFunds. You can just sit in their money market funds but if you see an angle on the market, then you can play it with their index and sector funds. No limits on the number of exchanges in and out of their index and sector funds.

I'm partial to IB, but it wouldn't be practical for a small account due to the tiered interest on cash balances and the $10 monthly minimum fee.

They are very flexible and you can invest it in just about any publicly traded security. Just no mutuals, unfortunately.
