Talking about trading calendars and butterflies in eurodollar.

What are the absolute best brokers with dirt cheap commision, good platform with charting and streaming quotes for calandars and butterflies, low margin, and limited or no fees?

I absolutely hate digging through the mound of brokers trying to find the golden nugget in it all. Any help is greatly appreciated!

how do you create a soybean crush spread order in TWS?

I was trying to get a quote of crush spread or crack spread, but the combo trader only allows me to enter two contracts. Talked to their support, they first told me that they don't support this type of spread and I had to enter three separated contracts in order to trade this spread. I told them this does not sound right, the rep told me she would create a ticket etc...

I would like to know if anyone else has problem creating crush/crack spread orders.
