best mobos for multiple video cards

I am assembling a new machine and would like to know what type of mobos can support multiple dual video cards (for 4 monitor setup). I do have two pci cards that are ready to go.

Has anyone built a machine lately with multiple video cards?

I am going with the intel core2duo cpu by the way.
