Best intraday data service

Hi I'm looking for an excel compatible, SIMPLE intraday [5, 15min] data service, for US stocks. Any recomendations please? I've tried Qcharts and they are good but vy expensive at 140/mo. Quotelink seemed unreliable for the realtime version, Barcharts also, QuoteTracker seemed to only give tick by tick but I could be incorrect on that. Equis was no good.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you want real time, but if you need delayed and eod for testing, sSignal on Demand is cheap and works well for me. It's easy to save up to 120 days of intraday to a csv file. You can try it 30 days for free. Pretty simple to use.
