Best Indicators/Best Combinations?

This is for daytrading index futures.

What do members think are the best averaging indicators i.e. indicators which essentially cut out the noise during a trading day. Equally what are the best combinations of more than one indicator?

The idea of the thread is a comparative update by members so as to pool all views.
 
Like the CCI, concentrating mainly on zero line crosses.

Use a quick version of the Chaikin Oscillator as an 'early warning' and confimation indicator

Thats helpful. I've been using a fast MACD, a twin Stochastic and MA for entries/exists but I also compute my own forecasts for the day.

What setting do you prefer for a quick Chaikin?
