Best Fundamentals Metric

I'm wondering what people think the best Fundamentals metric is?
p/e, ebitda, eps, dividend %, etc. if you wanted to include just 1 (okay, up to 3) fundamentals metrics for an easy double check against a good technical setup.

Would it be a different one for a different timeline (3 days, maybe nothing, 6 months out on a trend trade, maybe eps, insider buying.)
