Fra..., I will defer to TS for "Look inside bar on non-optimized traded data" for the profit report. All I know, is this is the most accurate profit report that TS will run. You must set TS profit report to Look inside bar net after all commission and calculated slippage is removed and then have it calculate its must accurate profit report off non optimized traded data. This is how I tried to post all the TS profit reports to this forum. Now since TS will not run a profit report on the current method that the current posts are showing, I have calculated a >$200,000 gross profit running it for the next year, based on current trades. Ever wonder why the market will be doing some lower lows and no higher highs and then race upward? I do not. See {DX30c6814}. It is a 30 minute chart at about 10AM today 6/8/11. See {DX60c6812}. A 60 minute chart at about noon today 6/8/11 that shows a sell and a buy. Just nice to be consistently on the right side of the trade and paying those commissions out of winnings. {DX15c681} is a 15 minute DX chart of same trade. Still on track to be >$200,000 gross profit off 1 contract in less than one year. I hope all you traders are doing as well/better, or you could just hookup.(I am not a professional trader and enjoy company)
If TS is not running on the "current method that current posts are showing", then what data is TS running on? What is the difference between optimized and non-optimized data? I'm afraid the jargon is foreign and difficult to understand. Data is data, what if it is non-optimized? Or what if it is optimized? Would the candlestick data change?
Strategy gave a sell on about 3PM 60 minute DX bar today 6/8/11 at 73.99 that missed the top tick of the day by 1 tick. (chart not shown) No, I do not think that the strategy needs to be optimized. It is doing well non optimized on current data.

All In know, is that if you want TS to give the most accurate profit reports, you need to set its profit report this way from default and make it subtract all commission and slippage,. so you get a net profit from the strategy. If you run optimized data on the report, then you get an optimized report that may not be valid. That is why all the reports I posted are on non-optimized data. Besides it takes days on an Intel 975 at about 4 GHtz to optimize the strategy and I do not need to waste that much time and tie up a computer for that long. DX30c61010 is the am open DX 30 min 6/10/11 and DX30c6101 is the close. Everything between is just profit. See posts. Still doing $200,000 gross profit pace for one contract in one year. Glad that this "Perfect Symmetry to the Tick" self adjusts to the market and stays profitable every day. No, it is not purely mechanical, because I am not a programmer and the method is a little complex to easily make mechanical 100%. It actually needs to be played.. The strategy is mechanical and the "NET" profit reports generated by TS have been posted. As far as I know, no other internet room is using anything even close to this, however I have not seen all rooms. However, if there was such a room, I think most everybody would know of it The best rooms on the net that I have seen try to make about 2 points in a day consistently and sometimes do that and sometimes loose money. Sometimes they actually do more than 2 points in a day.
