Best Forex commission rates?

If people want to short term trade Cable I'd say -

1. The 1m chart is all you need. Yes, it's fast but nothing that cannot be handled.

2. Taking profits is hard, most mess it up over a series of trades, even the great traders. Learn to accept this, it's normal.

3. CONCENTRATION is critical. Lose that and the results won't be good, not so much with losses but failing to spot good trades. Even the 1m can seem boring much of the time which can lead to losing concentration. Work hard to keep concentrating...

That is the 1 minute chart - correct?
Any outside factor or other pairs you look for that helps with Cable trading?

Thanks!

1m is the 1 min, yes.

Some like to look at other markets for clues, I personally don't, nor am I concerned with the news. I do of course respect the economic figures and am 99% flat before a big one like Non-Farm.

If trading the 1m, there's really little time to look into anything else. Looking at other things more often than not will lead to a concentration leak and that's never good because often the best setups either sneak up quietly, or happen very quickly in that you've got less than 10 secs to make a decision. 10 secs seems too little time but it's not if you've been concentrating on what's been happening. This is why CONCENTRATION is so important.

Well said about concentration. I have been burned before.

IC Markets does not accept applications from residents of the U.S, Canada, Israel, New Zealand, Japan and Islamic Republic of Iran. The information on this site is not directed at residents in any country or jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation.

IC Markets charges 0.07 per 0.01 lot. And out of the small brokers its ECN is by far the best. They do 5 decimals. You will not find any better I think. You can check them out here https://www.icmarkets.com/
I can say with confidence, that if your capital is bigger then 25k there is no alternative to IB, but if you are below or do forex on the side (like I do), then IC is the place to be. I use them for 8 years now and did not nind any better brokerage regarding comissions, swaps or ECN.

kinda wrong as US person with ECP qualified can perfectly trade FX anywhere in US including IB.

Only wrong if you have 1M+ liquid in a bank - which is not the case for 99.9999% of people reading this post
