Best Forex Broker?

there is no best. i used to be with GFT and i had no problem withdrawing money. Only thing is i get screwed in day trading. whenever i am right, i get no fills. i get the fills quickly whenever i am wrong.
 
So you want to sell USD and buy Kuwait Dinar. I am sure price of crude oil is the important element of taking such decision.
 
For those who don't know. FX brokers like FXCM DBFX FX360 etc are brokers who take other side of your trade, they make sure you are not a long term winner.

Ask your broker who exactly is counter party to your trade, ask your broker if they are an ECN broker.
