It's true that taste is mostly acquired and habit. eliminate added salt from your food (a very good thing) and everything tastes bland. after a short while any additional salt tastes way too salty.

same goes for FAT. drastically reduce sat fat .. shortly thereafter anything with fat tastes greasy .. and IT SHOULD. because it IS too fatty
