Best Fees In Prop

Hey guys,

I've been trading Prop with my firm for a number of years now. They keep raising the fee per trade and some other issues and I may be considering jumping ship. Does anyone suggest another firm out there with least expensive total fees per trade? I trade roughly 15-30 million shares a month and I remove liquidity more often than I add so my fees are always high in general. Any suggestions with some numbers would be helpful. Thank you guys!

Would be useful for you to give a threshold below which you would consider to be a good deal.
