I do not believe there's any trading demo on any DeX, the reason is that everything is recorded on the blockchain

There are test platforms (beta versions) where they may use testnets (non-mainnet) blockchains, but I believe those are invites only (if there is one active). I've never used one, I'm going by very hazy memory of what I've ran into on one of the posts or Discord messages
