Btw the difference between you and me is that you're talking about fiction while I'm talking about the reality.
You:
- You can have sex in Dubai, it's fine
- It's tax-free if you trade in territorial tax countries
Reality:
- It's against the law, you may get away with it or you'll be one of those unlucky guys who spend years in the jail because of a one night stand since it's officially against the law
- According to the law it's taxable but you may get away with it unless you get audited.
So the problem is that you're spreading false information which is not based on facts but on chances. Sure, we're speculating but it's one thing to lose money and it's another thing to play with laws. Furthermore what you get wrong is that I've never said that there is a 100% chance that you will get caught by doing any of the two. There is a very little chance if you're not successful. If you're making a considerable amount of money then it's pretty costly and risky to try your luck while the laws says that you're not playing by the rules.
I understand your point but it's important to add the facts then everyone can decide what's worth it and what's not.
