Best CFD broker.

Actually it is a question,sorry for any misleading~~

Currently I am looking around for a good CFD broker(I am not US citizen,so it should be ok for me if other thing is all right.)

But I have been overwhelmed by the information regarding the CFD broker.
I have no clue on which one is better.
What is the best CFD broker on your view,if you think there is no one or had any bad experience before,also write it.

Thank you.Unfortunately this company only opens account for uk and ireland citizen.I am foreigner(not us citizen),so I could only try to get the best company which accepts oversea application.
