Best Car for Newly Hired Trader

LOL Pabst, "If you were a real trader you'd have two cars." That was good.

How about one of the new Lexus IS AWD? Better in the snow..and with four doors you can fit more girls in the back. If you're a REAL trader you'll be having 3somes and 4somes every weekend so you'll need the room.

I would never buy an Audi..but the A4 Quattro is a nice ride.

I just picked up a 2006 Accord LX Special Edition on Monday. But I'm an old married man. :)
Only $19,000.
 
i would pick the slk... forget the 3 series and g35 - everyone has those. also would consider the porsche boxster.


best bet for the price is the lotus elise, if u can get your hands on it. that car is a head turner.

Do you think those would be street legal, with no restrictions?

Not sure how that would work though with those types of vehicles. They said the one I posted goes up to 50, the USA Today said 80 mph.

It will be interesting.

I just hope I could fit, I'm 6'3", and got very long legs.

Motorcycle class, so I would hope so. There was an American company out in Cali that made something similiar a few years ago including an electric powered one. Corbin motors. I think they went out of business or were bought out. Anyway, that had a very cool prototype that would have been street legal.

As for you being 6'3"... it might be a tight fit.

But judging from the spec on the Carver One, you should fit well.

I don't mean to be rude, but why do you want a car that "fits the part"?

Instead of worrying about fashion and what other people think, buy a car that fits your own criteria. It always amazes me how much money people will impulsively spend in the pursuit of impressing others when that money could be put to better use elsewhere. But if you're really into cars (nothing wrong with that - many of us are) then do some research and find one that fits YOUR style. :) How about a Civic Type-R?
