Best brokerage to access Korean stock exchanges?

Looking for access to the Korean stock exchanges for a foreigner. IBKR only offers futures and index options for Korea unfortunately. Is there anything similar to IBKR that also has access to Korean stocks?

This is a bit problematic since there are capital controls in place for south korea. Good luck
