Best Broker for short selling

I was looking for some penny stocks that were going parabolic for some time.

Example for them was ANY, ABIL, ... blah blah

I was sure those stocks will go down again because the move was non sense. I believe it was pump and dump.

I was considering to see if IB has those stocks for shorting but seems not. The stocks are low float (less than 5 millions share)

I was asking myself, which Broker would have such stocks for shorting!

Note: I am not going to trade such stocks but it is just interesting question for me.

What you stated is for long positions only.

TD doesnt have many stocks to short.

Do you hold over-night or just day trade?
Do you need OTC or listed stocks locates?

hold them over-night for nasdaq and NY exchange.
