Except for OptionsXpress-Canada mentioned before, you can have a look at Jitney Trade. They used Tradient platform when I checked the last time a few months back, I have never looked if it has any order entry windows for option spreads. Any other Canadian broker only offers AxisPro platform, which is ok for stocks but has no spreads.
