best broker for mini futures?

i.m using proactive futures and i.m happy with price and platform but i have no charting package .who.s got the best of all 3,price platform and charts

Which Data Feed is the fastest with Timestamp in seconds and true volume info attached to the tick, so when you add them at the end of the day it would be very close to CME's one for ES.
