Best broker for day trading for two partners

Hello, me and my partner work together day trading US stocks, we share the work and trades to do everyday and we want to split the profits 50/50%. We are looking for a place where we could have shared accounts that would have really competent fees for day trading, since we do up to 15 million of shares per month. We also need a good service for borrowing shares hard-to-borrow and with the posibility of trading in extended hours. We are in Europe. We don't want to use prop firms, but we would like to have if it is needed leverage.

I tried logging in on 2 desktop computers and it said it isn't allowed to login on two at the same time. It works for 1 desktop and 1 mobile though.
