Best book on Lifting

All out war against mid-section fat. No more bread. Limiting sugar to minimal amount.

I read somewhere that a belly (it is mild on me but I don't like it) could be a sign of low testosterone levels. Hard to believe on me (because nothing about me says low testosterone) but I decided to take some - what do I know? (I should have gone to the doctor instead of guessing).

Well, I am sex crazed now and all I wan to do is fuck. I can't concentrate. So I stopped it. I am confused. Some people say doing crunches will make your midsection bigger. Other say it won't make it smaller, but when the fat goes away, the definition is there. I don't know man. This is the one area that has me beat.

Don't worry. I'll win, if it takes me two years.

Any particular supplements to increase drive? :)

I think the most important thing to increase drive is to work on getting back to basics as a man. Not pills. I am telling you, sitting in front of a computer all day long, thinking about complicated things, cleanign your house, all of that stuff just kills your desire. I am not sure what you can do to help, but sitting all day long is not it. Interestingly enough, desire goes way down for me after excersice. I don't know if that is normal or not.

Probably being active and just interacting with the opposite sex (I mean going on dates and just being around women etc, not necessarily sex) is all it takes. Genuinely liking women helps more than anything else, imo.

Your brain IS your sex organ. But the mind follows the body. Real simple stuff. Age naturally kills desire, but I think that as long as you don't think you are twenty and just age gracefully without anxiety also is a reality check.

And if none of that works, maybe this will

Does anyone a bowflex and/or have an opinon on them?

I looked at bow flex for my 5th wheel for working out when I'm traveling. I decided on the total trainer http://www.totaltrainer.com/dlx-iii-total-trainer/ For several reasons. I've used the bowflex before and didn't like it as well as weight lighting. Another reason is the size, the total trainer is compact and the final reason is a buddy highly recommend the total gym which is the same as the total trainer. He is a strong guy and used to be an avid weight lifter. After having this for 10 months or so I can say I'm very satisified with this equipment it gives a fair weight lifting type of work out, it takes high reps and a decent cardio workout too. And the stretch it gives is great and it's safe for this once athletic but now sore jointed body.

I know everyone usually wants to cut weight, but I am going the opposite direction trying to gain it.

I am up 18lbs in the past 2 months since I started back with training and have leaned out a little in the process as well which I didn't expect. At 6'5" it takes a lot of weight to make much of a difference though. 20lbs look more like 5-10 on the average person. I have another 20-25lbs before I hit my ultimate goal for the year.

Thanks, Nitro. Good advice.

LJ100 was recommended to me by atticus. Definitely noticed an improvement.

Did you get any blood work done to guage this?
I took some years ago, but I guess I was stll producing enough test or the difference was too small to for me to tell a difference.

One thing I do now occasionally that does make a difference is Clomid, It'll make the twins grow.

And hCG, but keep it under 500IU/3x a week.
