Ok thanks. I wonder how people stay motivated on it though. One has to be very disciplined to do it on their own, imo. I would probably do ok on it, but I think most people need external motivation.Quote from Maverick74:
Nitro, I believe I did mention p90x. It's an offshoot of cross fit training. Same basic idea. The advantage is that you can usually do this type of training in your home with minimal equipment vs cross fit which usually you need to join a gym to use all sorts of equipment.
