Thanks for all the advice. I listen.

Keep up the good work! It feels to get high doesn't it? The high I'm talking about is that post workout high. Guess I'm a junkie?:D

I have been doing 100 pushups a day to build my torso. I mix the arm position to work differnt parts, pinched, wide, up, down etc. I am gaining upper body mass, and I am also not feeling the pain as much in my elbows. I have maintained weight, maybe gained a little (181 ish) bit since I have thickened my chest and torso.

Amazing what pushups can do.

* Supplementation: Green tea extract, 7-Keto DHEA, DHEA, iodine source, K-RALA; BCAAs are very important on calorie-restriciton.

Atticus,

Is this the current supplement regime ?

Anything new to boost endogenous testosterone or flagging libido ?

The stuff I take every day:

COQ10 dissolved in 4:1 coconut oil/rice bran oil (1-2 grams daily)
ALCAR 3g
K-RALA 400mg
7-Keto DHEA 300mg
Krill oil 1g
Vitamin D 8-10k units
Vitamin C 1g
Multi
BCAAs

I haven't come across any OTC endo-test booster. Clomid and hCG (with care) will help a lot. Or an AI in some cases.

I've had good results with TbombII which can be found at any GNC or ReCycle by Purus Labs.

The main ingredient is tribulus terrestris

Holy crap some of you people do alot of drugs! A multivitamin should be more than enough. Cripes I'd like to add muscle mass, but I'm not going to shut down my kidneys, liver and heart so I can regain muscle mass. I work out almost everyday alternating weights and aerobic, and put on no muscle mass, but I can live with that over having transplant surgery in a few years and not working out at all.
From what I've seen of my kids the best thing to do is vary your workout routines. Cycle through different lifts when you are lifting over a week or two, and try to vary the aerobic end also, although I admit I find that harder to do. The treadmill is there, but having to run to the pool is a headache and too much time.
Eat right and you can get all the crap you ingest from phony health companies and doctors in the right and natural quantities.
