Best book on Lifting

Forearm curls or different variations of pullups/chinups.
forearm curls aren't good for improving grip because you use really light weights.

best way to improve grip is to do the heavy pull exercises: pullups, rows, deadlift, and shrugs (especially the last two!). and don't use wrist straps

I am going to try to lose 3 lbs this week, which gets me very close if not right under 180. I am tired of seeing that 8.

Started on the right foot yesterday. Very strong workout. My upper body has started to strengthen again as I run harder. As a sprinter, you know that you can get faster by making your upper body stronger. It may not make sense, but it is 100% true. In this case, it is the sprinting that is forcing my upper body to move violently, building my shoulders and back like crazy.

Really interesting article, "Marathon or Sprinter?":

And will that by by running up a caloric deficit of just over 10,000 calories, or will you be severing part of a limb?
