Best book on Lifting

Two pounds from breaking the next psychological weight goal. These pounds are really hard. I may rotate from lots of treadmill to more weight lifting. Right now I am 1 hour treadmill and 15 minutes weights. I may flip that. I feel like I am in reasonable cardio shape at this point to start serious lifting. Tired.

I saw an article online on vegetarian food. Love asparagus. We used to grow it in our back yard. Incredibly delish when this fresh.

Asapargus is a superfood just don't screw it up with butter or other fatty condiment such as oils. lightly steamed, then sprinkled with a blend of dried spices. ymmm better than any beast you can name! :D

i think you mean two SETS not reps :D
