Well, when I wrestled, I had to vomit to get to 145 weight by showtime. I am simply not built to be this lite. Not only that, my legs have gotten way stronger since then, so I probably could get down to 155 if I went all out, but 145 is, never-say-never, but I just don't see how it could be.Quote from killthesunshine:

175 is a comfortable weigth for me. I would be no ironman for sure, but I would have a 33" waist and could maintain it. At 145, I had a 28" waist and I was solid rock. I was also 16.
