Real progress beginning to show. I have lost fat weight and put on muscle. Cardio much better. Clothes staring to look like they are hanging on nice wood hanger instead of those wiry pieces of shit you get from the cleaners. Stomach fat extremely stubborn. Don't worry, I will win.
One downside is my left leg hurts (knee area) and my elbows hurt. Even in my youth I was prone to shin splints and weird arm ailments. Nothing I can't train through with patience and discipline.
