Ok, you no have to do that now. But do simple things now to start. You have the dog? Play on the floor with the dog. Wrestle with the dog. Do that every day for 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then more. You will get stronger if you start that slow. My brother is 17, and he wrestle with my dog for fun, but this is alot of work and energy. The dog have to be friendly and good nature, so he will not bite, just play.![]()
