You don't need weights to get in shape.

Try this, although I'd recommend cutting it down for the first month unless you are in pretty good shape already, it's a pretty strenuous routine:

Ignore Men's Health and other magazines like that, they are 90% bullshit. Getting in shape is mostly about a balanced sensible diet, and burning off more calories than you consume via regular exercise. It doesn't matter that much what particular routine you do, so all these intricate exercises and workouts just needlessly complicate things.

Getting in shape is more about motivation and consistency than following the ideal workout. My advice is to find a way of exercise that you find enjoyable, because that's the only one you will be able to stick to 3-4+ times per week for the rest of your life. If you do something boring, eventually you will quit.

Thats the idea. Triceps too tired to do anymore iso but with the help of groups the last drops of its stamina can be hit.

Cutten said it better than anything I wrote. Its got way more to do with motivation and diet.
